Your donations each year fund all of Fairwood’s amazing field trips, community events, hands-on programs, and specialty classroom supplies. Help us create these special experiences and memories for our children!
How to Donate
After collaborating with our classroom teachers and Principal representatives, 2026-2027’s suggested donation amounts are listed below. There are 6 ways to help: donate in a lump sum now, donate monthly over the school year using DonorBox, or contribute what you can since every dollar counts!
Fairwood Explorer Alliance is a registered non-profit and the full amount of your donation is tax deductible (EIN 46-0689314). Reminder: Double your gift with corporate matching!
$150 (or $15 per month) for TK through 3rd grades
$275 (or $27 per month) for 4th – 5th grades (higher amount due to specialty field trips and activities)
The easiest way to donate. No fees, so Fairwood gets 100% of your donation.
Send your donation to treasurer@fairwoodexplorer.org
Include your child’s name and classroom in the note (list all applicable children).
CLASS ASK Suggested Amounts:
$150 (TK-3rd grade) & $275 (4-5th grade)
Put cash or checks in an envelope and note your child’s name and classroom (list all applicable children). Drop it in the Alliance mailbox in the Fairwood office.

Donate monthly over the school year. Visit our DonorBox Page to sign up.
Note: Monthly donations will be paused after June when the school year ends.
Does your company offer donation matching? The Alliance is a non-profit and eligible for corporate matching. Click here to fill out the pledge form if you will donate through your company’s platform.
