🖨️ Using the Alliance Room Printer

If you’d like to print on the Alliance Room Printer and the internet at the same time, you need to be on the ssd network. If you don’t have access to that network, please email board@fairwoodexplorer.org

iOS/MacOS

Download and install this profile and you’ll see the printer as an option when you go to print.

Tap “Allow”, then go to the Settings app and look for a “Profile Downloaded” section.

Tap the “Install” button, follow the prompts to finish the install

Android

Set up a new printer and use 10.11.1.195 as the printer’s address

Windows

(If you’d like to set up a printer on Windows please let us know so we can update these instructions!)

But I Need to Print RIGHT NOW!

You can also print by connecting directly to the printer’s wifi. If you do this, you won’t be able to also access the internet, so you’ll need to download what you need, join the printer’s wifi, print, then switch back to SSD Guest or cellular to access the internet.

Connect to the wifi network DIRECT-z5Alliance_BR66ea the password is alliance

The printer should now automatically appear as an available printer when you go to print. Remember to disconnect from this wifi to use the internet again.
